Welcome to PAPIFEED. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PAPIFEED (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website (papifeed.net), mobile application, and smart pet feeding devices (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. PRODUCT USE AND LIMITATIONS

4.1 Intended Use

PAPIFEED smart pet feeders are designed for dispensing dry pet food to domestic cats and dogs. Any use beyond this intended purpose is at your own risk and may void product warranties.

4.2 Limitations and Responsibilities

  • Our products are supplemental feeding devices and not a replacement for responsible pet care.
  • You remain responsible for ensuring your pet receives proper nutrition and care.
  • We recommend regular monitoring of your pet’s health and feeding behavior.
  • Our devices should not be the sole source of food for pets with medical conditions requiring strict feeding schedules without appropriate backup measures.

5. WIFI AND APP FUNCTIONALITY

5.1 Network Requirements

Our WiFi-enabled pet feeders require a stable internet connection and compatible home network for remote functionality. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet provider or network equipment.

5.2 App Availability

We strive to maintain consistent app functionality but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional updates, maintenance, or technical issues may affect app availability. Critical feeding functions will continue to operate on device without internet connectivity.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are owned by PAPIFEED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. WARRANTY INFORMATION

7.1 Limited Warranty

PAPIFEED products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper maintenance.

7.2 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support at [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PAPIFEED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
  • PET HEALTH ISSUES OR COMPLICATIONS

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PAPIFEED DURING THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAPIFEED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PAPIFEED regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
